Delivery Information
Once you submit your order to us, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we are processing your order. Please therefore ensure that you give us your correct e-mail address. We process all orders on the same day once the payment has been verified. These orders are processed from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Each order is handled by our sales team individually and we will email you within a few hours to inform you the turnaround time for your order. In the unlikely event we are out of stock of a product, we will e-mail you to advise a delivery date.
If ordering from outside the UK please expect your items to take additional days to get to you. This time will vary dependant on the area of the world we are delivering to. For example, UK orders will normally take 1-3 days delivery time form the date payment has been verified. In Europe expect your item 2 days later than in the UK and in the US please allow an extra 5-6 days.
The majority of our products are dispatched via Royal Mail and Airmail (excluding gearboxes and differential units).
We are only able to deliver to a physical address and not PO Boxes.

Each item purchased from us has a different weight size, please check your invoice for the delivery charges for your product ordered.
Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately we cannot predict what they will be.
We do not guarantee delivery times as we cannot guarantee that once it leaves here, Royal Mail will be able to deliver it within a guaranteed time frame.
All of our products are shipped from the UK.
Each gearbox unit has individual weight size, so the delivery charges do vary in price. We will advice you of the delivery date once your order has been completed.
We ship all our gearboxes throughout the U.K and all worldwide destinations.

Returns Policy:
You have the right to return any product within 7 days (excluding rebuilt transmission units [gearboxes and differential units]) of delivery or cancel an order at any time before delivery. Please contact us in advance to receive instructions/details for return.
Please note: Wrongly supplied goods will be reimbursed in full including all postal charges. For goods supplied in accordance with the order placed we will accept the return, BUT we do not pay any return postage/carriage charges.
Please note: You must keep your proof of purchase documentation (email order confirmation). Amounts will only be reimbursed when goods have been received by us, subject to the above conditions.
Risk of loss or damage due to Delivery:
All items purchased from Autogear Limited are made pursuant to a shipment contract. If any items appear damaged when received packaging please do not sign for the parcel. If you have signed for the parcel and discovered that the transmission unit has been damaged during delivery you must report this to us within 3 hours so we can begin to process a claim against the delivery company accordingly.
Delivery, Ownership and Risk:
We will only deliver products once full payment has been made. Ownership of all goods supplied by us shall remain with us until payment in full. Until payment in full we reserve the right to re-sell any goods.
